NARVOS has been institutionalised as a national multi-stakeholder alliance and serves as the primary coordination and implementation platform for regenerative vegetable oil systems. Designed to move beyond fragmented efforts, NARVOS provides a structured and inclusive space where farmers, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), industry associations, research institutions, civil society organisations, and policymakers come together on a common platform.

Through this collaborative framework, NARVOS enables joint problem-solving, knowledge exchange, and alignment of field-level regenerative practices with market requirements and policy priorities. By developing collective ownership and coordinated action, the alliance ensures that solutions for sustainable and climate-resilient vegetable oil systems are co-created, scalable, and grounded in real-world needs—rather than developed in isolation.
